Karen Shepherd is from Harlingen, TX. She moved to San Antonio in 1972 and has been a licensed Realtor specializing in property management for over 30 years. Karen has been a long-time member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors Property Management Committee, the National Association of Residential Property Managers and holds the ABR and GRI designations.

When away from work, she enjoys the adventure of going after both fresh and saltwater species of fish. Karen has two sons and one daughter who all work in the Real Estate industry. She also has eight grandchildren that live throughout different parts of Texas.
